This mobile morgue unit is manufactured from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel and designed to accommodate two corpses. It features dual motor units and a dismountable motor system, allowing maintenance without entering the compartment. With front-loading access, modular panel construction, and efficient polyurethane insulation, it ensures reliable cooling between 0 °C and +5 °C (optional -20 °C).
Each compartment includes a lockable lid with internal safety opening, digital control displays, automatic defrost, and drainage systems for easy cleaning. The unit comes with durable corpse trays, a removable conveyor system, and a portable design with swivel wheels for mobility. Operating on standard 220 V power, it is compatible with hydraulic stretchers for safe and efficient handling. Optional features include vital sign monitoring, lighting, humidification, and specialized trays.

- The unit is constructed by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
- Cell entry dimensions: width 660 mm, height 530 mm.
- Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
- Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the lid and 80 mm on other panels.
- The unit’s cell door is lockable. It can still be opened from the inside when locked.
- Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent thermal conductivity of cold air inside the unit with the outer sheet metal. Gaskets have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
- Each cell’s operation is controlled by a digital numeric display mounted on the doors, preventing accidental operation of other cells.
- The unit features an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be adjusted via digital displays.
- The unit includes 2 cadaver trays sized 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm and depth is 10 mm.
- A conveyor system is provided to remove the cadaver trays from inside the morgue.
- The conveyor system has Derlin rollers and is mounted to the body with screws. It is removable.
- The cell interiors have water drainage siphons to allow water to drain when washing.
