Technical Specifications

Construction:

• Cabinet body fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel (optionally available in AISI 316 for aggressive or saline environments).

• Material thickness: 1.0 – 1.2 mm (customizable upon request).

• Fully welded construction for maximum strength and hygiene.

• Load-bearing wall brackets included for secure and easy installation.

Door Options:

• Available in hinged swinging doors or sliding doors, based on space and operational needs.

• All doors are double-walled, providing enhanced rigidity and noise dampening.

• Doors equipped with continuous stainless steel hinges (for swinging) or top-bottom guide rails (for sliding).

• Soft-close and self-closing mechanisms available upon request.

Internal Shelving:

• Supplied with 1–3 internal shelves (standard), adjustable in height via fixed brackets or slotted uprights.

• Shelves are made from the same high-grade stainless steel, available in solid or perforated formats for airflow.

• Load capacity per shelf: Approx. 50–80 kg (depending on size and configuration).

Side Panels:

• Double-wall construction for improved durability and a seamless, professional look.

• Edges are fully sealed and polished to eliminate sharp corners and bacteria traps.

Finish:

• Standard: Satin Scotch-Brite brushed finish (400 grit).

• Optional: Mirror-polish or matte finish depending on application.

• Fingerprint-resistant coating available for high-touch surfaces.
