ENDOSCOPE STORAGE CABINET

Technical Specifications for Scope Cabinet with Drying System
-
The cabinet is designed to protect, store, and keep scopes dry and ready for reuse without requiring additional processing.
-
Cabinet dimensions are 905 × 650 × 2250 mm.
-
The cabinet is suitable for drying moist scopes and storing disinfected endoscopes in a clean environment maintained with the help of UV lamps.
-
All components of the cabinet are manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
-
The cabinet is designed to accommodate up to 11 endoscopes.
-
The cabinet can be monitored via an LCD graphic display and controlled through an integrated control panel.
-
Temperature, time, and humidity parameters can be digitally monitored.
-
To avoid re-entering frequently used temperature and humidity settings, the cabinet includes programmable memory settings that users can configure and save as desired.
-
A "sleep mode" or "holiday program" is available for effective UV protection outside of working hours or on weekends. Users can also manually set drying time and temperature.
-
The cabinet includes one built-in drying fan to dehumidify the interior. This fan can maintain the internal chamber temperature between 20°C and 35°C.
-
The drying fan uses PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) technology, which prevents issues such as resistance wire breakage, extends service life, and delivers high heat output with lower energy consumption.
-
The drying fan maintains consistent heating even in cases of voltage drop. When the outlet temperature rises, an internal sensor detects the increase and automatically shuts off the energy supply. To prevent undesired temperature spikes, the fan has a dual safety system including a thermal safety fuse.
-
The fan provides precise thermostatic control to stabilize the temperature of incoming air and maintain ambient temperature.
-
The drying fan is designed to be easily removable for maintenance or replacement.
-
The fan operates quietly, producing no noise or vibration.
-
It features dual-stage operation for efficient drying.
-
The internal cabinet temperature must not exceed 35°C. To prevent overheating due to user error or sensor malfunction, at least two independent control systems monitor the temperature.
-
The cabinet is equipped with an integrated lighting and ultraviolet (UV) system on the door. The lighting system activates when the door is open or upon user request. It uses LED technology.
-
Two UV lamps are positioned away from direct user contact for safety.
-
The UV lamps automatically deactivate when the cabinet door is open.
-
The UV lamps operate at a wavelength of 254 nm (±2), and this specification is certified by the manufacturer.
-
To block UV radiation, the cabinet door glass is either tinted or film-coated and made of 6 mm thick tempered safety glass.
-
For drying the internal channels of scope devices, air filtered through an antibacterial filter is pressurized and directed into the channels via a compressor.
-
The hanging system inside the cabinet features a 360° rotatable mechanism, allowing users to easily access all scopes. The rotation mechanism operates quietly.
-
The cabinet includes lower and middle fixation mechanisms to secure the scope tips. The design allows for height adjustment based on the length of the scopes.
-
For easy access to scopes, the cabinet features one escoba (pull-out support tray) at the front. The cabinet door is divided into two sections to enable use with the escoba.
-
Both the front door and technical service panel are equipped with locking or securing mechanisms.
-
The cabinet includes air vents for moisture exhaust.
-
The base of the cabinet has four lockable caster wheels with sufficient load-bearing capacity.
-
A water collection tray or reservoir is included at the bottom of the cabinet.
