Our stainless steel workbenches are designed for high-performance environments where durability, hygiene, and efficiency are essential. This model features a solid stainless steel worktop with an integrated backsplash for added cleanliness and wall protection, making it ideal for food prep, laboratory, and industrial applications.

Beneath the work surface, a fully enclosed base cabinet with two swinging doors provides secure and hygienic storage. Inside, a central fixed shelf maximizes organization and load capacity. Both doors are double-walled for strength and noise reduction, with ergonomic handles and smooth-opening hinges.

Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and finished in a satin Scotch-Brite polish, this workbench delivers professional-grade performance, easy cleaning, and timeless aesthetics.

  • Fabricated entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel (optionally available in AISI 316 for corrosive environments).
  • Material thickness:
    • Worktop: 1.2 mm reinforced with underpaneling
    • Cabinet body & doors: 1.0 mm
  • Fully welded structure for maximum durability, stability, and hygiene.
  • All external surfaces finished in Scotch-Brite satin polish for a refined appearance and ease of cleaning.

Worktop Features:

  • Solid stainless steel work surface with sound-deadening underlay.
  • Integrated rear backsplash (height: 100–150 mm) with smooth radius transition to prevent dirt accumulation.
  • Optional marine edge (anti-spill raised edge) available upon request.
  • Load capacity: ~200–300 kg (evenly distributed)

Base Cabinet Configuration:

  • Enclosed base cabinet located beneath the worktop.
  • Fitted with two front swinging doors, double-walled for rigidity and quiet operation.

  • Maintaining Your Stainless Steel Worktop and Sink

    To ensure your stainless steel worktop and sink remain in excellent condition for decades, please follow these essential care instructions:

    • Initial Cleaning
      Before first use, thoroughly wash the surface with an alkaline detergent (pH over 8). Rinse well and dry completely.
      Note: Installation may leave impurities on the surface. Removing these will allow the chromium in stainless steel to react with oxygen, forming a protective passive layer.

    • Daily Maintenance
      After each use, clean the surface with a soft cloth, sponge, or towel using warm water and a liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth.

    • Stain Removal Guidelines
      For tough stains, including grease, discoloration from coffee or tea, salt and lime marks, and rust stains, follow these steps:

      • Use a cleaning paste with a pH over 8 (e.g., Cif Cream or Universal Stone) along with a soft cloth or sponge.
      • Apply the detergent, allow it to sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and dry.
      • For dried lime stains, a 25% vinegar solution can be effective. Let it sit briefly before cleaning, rinsing, and drying the surface.

    Avoid the Following
    To maintain the integrity of your stainless steel:

    • Refrain from using acidic substances, such as kitchen soaps containing citric acid (pH under 6), as they can damage the surface.
    • Avoid scouring powders and steel wool, which may scratch the finish.
    • Do not leave wet cast iron pans or other rust-prone metallic utensils on the surface for extended periods, as they may leave marks.

    By following these guidelines, you can ensure the longevity and appearance of your stainless steel worktop and sink.
